Make the glowing bread from Reliquary more expensive #395

I think it should either require something expensive and glowstone themed, or require the honey bread from Forestry and some glowing combs. Player choice.

Recipe 1: 3 honeyed slice + 1000mb energized glowstone in carpenter = 1 glowing bread

Recipe 2: 3 Nuclearcraft glowing mushrooms + bread = 1 glowing bread

I made the Nuclearcraft glowing mushroom recipe more interesting. They can be made with a vanilla mushroom and a Natura glowshroom, both of which are tricky to farm.
