Add a process to turn redstone into electrotine

It's a crafting ingredient, but it's also directly burned in the Electrotine Generator. The power is creates is required for a few machines from the mod.

I suggest...

Recipe 1: Add redstone to universal supercharger. Requires no additional items or fluids.

Recipe 2: Fluxed electrum dust + lapis in a crafting grid = 4

"Universal Supercharger: Consumes energy cores to double the speed of adjacent machines". I liked the use of fluxed electrum and lapis though maybe not as a crafting recipe

In that case:

Recipe 1: Redstone + sulfuric acid in industrial electroplater = 4 electrotine

Recipe 2: Fluxed electrum dust + lapis in thermionic fabricator = 4 electrotine dust
