combine molten sulfur with liquid sulphur #411

Becuase sulphur is used extensively in factory tech, I think we should make the FT recipe for it objectively better than the rest. I'm thinking the FT one will be 1:666mb and the TC one will be 1:444 or less.

Actually, maybe we should take both of them down even more so that the fluid extraction drill will still be viable. Gonna test it out now.

The upside of the fluid extraction drill is that it will work as long as it has parts, so I think it equals out mostly. I'm still gonna pull both down a bit to make it a bit more round. FT 1:500, TC 1:350. Those are the base values ofc, so other mods that liquify will get their own values based on those ones.
