Force one Forge Multipart part of each shape to show in JEI #419

There's currently a bug in JEI that's preventing me from doing this: https://github.com/mezz/JustEnoughItems/issues/1256

This should also be done for all liquid storage containers except buckets. I want cans, tanks, etc to only show the empty version, not one for every single liquid. Each liquid type would only exist as a bucket.

I'll also include a lava and water variant of each so it's easier to search for liquid containers.
