Random Psideas seems pretty balanced overall.
I don't have time to look through every single bit of it, but it just adds a ton of stuff for psi.
A few examples:
Conjured blocks that entities can pass through.
Play sounds.
Macros for things like Raycast of caster position and look.
Operators to check information about caster.
CAD Interaction (Transmissions to send values to nearby CADs)
These pretty much just mimic certain items from botania. Form Burst allows you to create a mana burst anywhere within your sphere of influence. A new CAD is added which is required in order to use these tricks (Blaster CAD). It can be equipped with lenses (you can use lens clip) to alter the mana burst.
Right now, it's broken the progression system literally, but the features work really well.
Fits in with the theme of psi perfectly, while adding a few things for small users of psi.
