For the longest time I wanted to use kotlin scripting engine for something and this is a good use case, additionally a few days ago a user called scastiel on reddit posted a detailed blog of his implementation of this element which is really helpful as this feature (specificlly ide support) is very poorly documented, something that prevented me from dedicating too much time into it
