🪲[Bug]: No Navbar and Footer on Chat Page. #78

Describe the bug No Navbar and Footer on Chat Page when user is not logged in. It should have navbar to move to other pages. Thus it need a Navbar and Footer.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Without Login/Signup

Click on Chat option on Nav Menu
See Error

Expected behavior Navbar and Footer should be there on Chat page.
