FIX Navbar component at top to use it from anywhere #86

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The navbar should be fixed at top so user can see it all the time and use it from anywhere in the website...

Describe the solution you'd like I will fix the navbar at top and adjuct padding of alll pages to prevent overlapping of contents...
