Feature/cs3 127 redirect to dashboard if signed in #107

This PR:

Invoke middleware on all routes (public, auth, auth-apis see client/routes.ts) and decide what do in the middleware.
Implement logout
UI enhancements (/new, /auth/signup)
Fix minor build errors

TODO:

I see two navbars in the site. Maybe remove client/components/Navbar.tsx
There are build errors (prior to this PR). Works fine in development but I get this error if I try to build

CS3-127 Redirect to dashboard if signed in

If user is already signed in, redirect the user to /dashboard when they try to sign in again, for example 1. They try to visit /auth/signup, or click on Get Started on home page.
