CS3-180 [Fix] Import Project twice gives error

When trying to import an already imported project, the user should get a warning that this project is already imported and that they can't import a project more than once. Alternatively, do not show a project that is already imported in the /new page from where we import a project. Please choose a way that seems best out of the 2 alternatives.
