CS3-153 [Improvement] Sign Up Page

1. Give the Sign-Up Page UI a more modernist/minimalistic look and feel, remove gradients and remove animations in critical areas like Sign-In Button. The animation beside is great, no need to remove it. Use shadcn buttons and components for consistency 2. Remove gradient from everything. 3. Change Text of Metaversus to Docify, if any
