CS3-71 Markdown Editor(UI/UX)

1. A markdown editor component for Nextjs with preview on the right in realtime. Use light theme for editor and keep the editor minimal. 1. Editing area(Writing area) 2. Download area 3. Save button, which sends the data to the save_md api to save it in the db. 2. Allow Option to download the .md file after editing.
