CS3-103 Modify UML_python for saving image

1. UML script for python should save the UML diagram in ./assets folder in the cloned repository(the project folder you are creating the UML for). 2. Send a GET request to the API handler created in issue ([CS3-83](https://linear.app/t05-cs305/issue/CS3-83/create-a-next-api-route-handler-for-generating-uml-and-another-for)) with the relative url of the UML diagram in the folder, something like \[./.docify_assets/images/output.png\]
