I would like to make several modifications to the website's footer, including adding a hover effect . Additionally, I want to style the buttons and cards using both Bootstrap and CSS. Furthermore, I would like to incorporate a carousel into the features section.

i have created carousel in intership section and edited the footer in home section and styles some buttons. #39 task done
