Feat: Bring Q/A option on this platform to clear doubts for free from fellow students. #78

Describe the feature

Is there an existing issue for this? fellows students could clarify the doubts of peers. Beside the notes download section of the particular book.

User name and ans or q will be shown , no other personal detail. In addition with other students can rate the ans on 3 star basis. An option with include a student could upload a rare book or unavailable book on the app. After the upload is reviewed, it will be visible to everyone.
