Layer visible in ToC but not visible in Map window #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Add PostGIS will add layer entry in ToC and Map Window. It is happening 
only for ToC and not opening the layer in Map Window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ArcInfo 9.2

Please provide any additional information below.

My pGis_connection.zig looks like this

[connection]
server = 10.1.31.51
port = 5432
database = postgis
user = postgres
password = postgres
[logging]
configfile = C:\Program Files\zigGis\logging.config
