Show `lib` folder in VC++ Include path #262

Updated the image in the build-from-source tutorial to show the lib subfolder, which was added after this tutorial was created.

@jimmy-mcelwain please determine if any text changes would be useful, in addition to the updated screenshot. If not, then go ahead and approve/merge.
