The website, in its current form, makes it seem like I'm telling anyone who visits to read an article rather than explore the site. The website needs to be user-friendly, so having a lot of text in a single section is not suitable at all. There need to be images that represent the site's purpose.

I've sent you the website you should imitate because you don't have UI/UX, so instead of exhausting yourselves with finding what's best or better, just follow this example.
