Fixes the towers, checkpoint, traderpad and broken reactors outdoor status
Removes unused area /area/borealis2/outdoors/grounds/entrance
Reorganizes the order of the areas in the committed files
Updates the map files with the relevant map changes
Gives the bonfire room its own area
