Summary:

Added obscure and secretive mouse holes
Adjusted maint loot in starboard area, lower floor
Cave secrets on lower floor
Fixed stair markings in locker room @ teleporter
Revamped site manager office
Minor decal placements
Active hotspring vein by dorms is now behind public access doors
