when add new sub-category TextFormField focus/cursor display is no show properly #1

I am facing issue when I have form widget and I have TextFormField named Category and Dynamic listing widget contains of TextFormField like sub-category but I facing issue I when click on add new item focus is keep on refocus on Category TextFormField widget rather having no focus but it seem to not working.Please help me it urgent.
