Tutorial disallows reopening information window for marker #128

In this tutorial, "Markers and Information Windows; A map with both markers and 
Information windows"...

Once the information is closed, it cannot be reopened by clicking on the 
marker.  This failure occurs for both IE and Firefox... 

Should the use be able to reopen the information window, or is this a setting?

Ahh... I see it in this tutorial: 
http://www.mashups4jsf.com/gmaps4jsf-examples/pages/reverseGeocoding.jsf.

I'm still not sure why it's disabled in the other, unless it's outside of scope 
of what you are demonstrating.
