Use the new SDK.

Check if there's a build config ready for Visual Studio 2017.
Still need to set the runtime library to /MP (dynamic dll) when building.

It seems that it's "just working" without any changes, the API hasn't been broken. Closing this issue, I'm keeping the other one open as it's more relevant.
