Permit to configure the build with CMake

Variables to consier :

Build Oculus Renderer: if true, the oculus renderer plugin will be built and available
Build OpenVR Render: same but for OpenVR

~~Linux specific~~

Build with ASAN if true, the built will occur with address sanitizer. This produce a slower instrumented executable that detect memory errors and leaks
Build with UBSAN same, but with undefined behavior sanitizer
