Implement a configuration storage for address, port and identification

For now, the server address is hardcoded in the main.cpp file in a constexpr string.

This could be done via the "Save File" feature of the configuration manager. It's not really made for that, but it reads files that looks like this

Key=Value
OtherKey=other value
