Door Component #12

Doors can be in one of two states: closed and open Closed doors block movement and sight Open doors do not Closed doors become open if "attacked" No "close door" action for now

The Dungeon Generator should scan around the perimeter of Rooms, look for open cells with walled cells on either side, and place a door there n% of the time.
