Can not prevent YouTubeCenter from messing with the youtube layout #1076

Unchecking everything in General -> Layout just changes how YTC mess with the layout.

For instance you can see the layout change, flicker between default and YTC mess in chrome when you change window size than switch to a youtube tab. The flicker is about 1 second so I have to hunt the links with my mouse. It is infuriating!

You can also compare youtube default layout with what happens when YTC is enabled.

I wish there was a YTC minimal version with just the basic features or at least when I turn off features in YTC than they should be completely disabled. Disabled as in the code do not execute.

Using developer version 413 with Tampermonkey in Chrome.

Agreed - or maybe a 1-click way to preserve the normal YouTube layout, while still enabling features like downloads
