I would also like this to be added. I find my searches get quite long with all the -things i don't want

Of course it'd be much better to have this function built into YouTube Center! ;)
The one thing I crave when I use YouTube is the ability to filter out search results based on two basic criteria. Namely, keywords, and the blocking of entire user accounts/channels. There is so much spam from view count whores with misleading or bloated descriptions that it's increasingly difficult to find what I need when I search for anything even remotely popular.
If this isn't possible to do "directly" a fine alternative would be to simply remove search results on-the-fly, perhaps by finding the account name in the appropriate field, determining if it's spam based on pre-defined rules, and if so, collapse or delete that block of data from the webpage. It might be necessary to increase the number of results per page to accommodate this.
Thank you for this tool, it has improved YouTube in ways that only the Large Hadron Collider could calculate.
