Seek bar preview is broken on HTML 5 embed #1835

For whatever reason seek bar preview is broken on the HTML 5 player when embedded, it works fine on youtube itself. It works fine in the flash player.

Does the problem persist when you disable YTC?

no it works normally when disabled, I'm using the developer version if that helps.

Do you mean the little preview that appears above the seek bar when you hover across timestamps? If so, I've noticed that it only shows up on lengthy videos (at least 30 minutes), so maybe YouTube changed the feature to only appear on videos of a certain length.

Yes, it works normally on the video when YTC is disabled.
