Auto-play in tab freezes video reproduction #1947

Refer to #1544. I closed that one because it was so old nobody would have ever looked at it.

It still happens. Chrome 45.0.2431.0 m (64-bit), Tampermonkey 3.11, YTC 528.

I'd remove the Tampermonkey tag as it happened using the .crx too.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open YouTube link in new tab.
  2. YTC tries to pause the video and does so successfully.
  3. When going into the new tab, player doesn't reproduce anything, and just stays in a frozen state. It also doesn't accept play commands, both using the button, space bar, or player click.
