Info window on every youtube video I play? #2149

Everytime I open a new YT-Video I see the "go to settings, donate..." windows. And I can't remember that I set that to happen somewhere in the settings. Is that a desperate call of the developer to gain money? If yes, it's very contraproductive... If no and there is a setting to turn this off, I apologize. But there are too many settings and I can't find it...

Still happens with a fresh installation of the greasemonkey script...

@GarfieldDeepClone It's possible that YouTube Center is not able to store its settings and therefore it will revert to the welcome dialog every time you visit YouTube. The issue is probably caused by you having cookies disabled in your browser, which in some rare cases might cause the issue. I will recommend you to use the Greasemonkey version of YouTube Center as a solution to this fix as it will then use the GM API, which hopefully will not have your issue.

I'm already using the Greasemonkey script. And cookies are accepted. This problem appeared at the time I reported it but I was using the script also before.

I also tried to uninstall the script and reinstall it, but it didn't help.

Hmmmm, seems like I have to look for an alternative, because this is getting annoying.
