Are you using flash player? As i remember, flash doesn't support 60fps playback.
HTML, flash always crashes.
Brwoser extensions/tweaks/hacks notwithstanding, Youtube only allows 60fps playback in Chrome. I only just found out about YouTube Center, tho, so I dunno if this is supposed to let you get around that.
I'm using firefox script version and i don't have 60fps version for the videos which are 60fps when choosing the video quality. I use 4:3 aspects because i don't like black bars on the video with different video settings and when 4:3 i can't use 60fps no matter what. Even when i change it to 16:9 it still doesn't have 60fps. Before changing to 16:9 "fixed" it, but now it won't. Still, it should technically work on 4:3 or 5:4.
