Youtube Center icon suddenly disappeared (Now it works again) #2460

So confused right now, Youtube Center suddenly stopped working even though it's been working great recently on old layout. I am not on the new material layout but the old.

Is there any way I can open Youtube Center without the icon?

And just like that it started working again?

Does anyone have any idea what temporarily disabled it and enabled it again?
