stability issue when youtube tv is connected #464

i have a smart tv with the youtube app which allows my youtube videos to be played on my tv.

expected behavior (without plugin turned on) -show video thumbnail on player -mutes video -progress bar syncs with video progress on tv -pausing video on browser also pauses video on tv

actual outcome (with plugin enabled) -video mutes and un-mutes several times -erratic progress bar (jumps around times and does not sync to tv) -video continues to play while content is being shown on tv -pausing video on browser does not always pause on tv, unreliable

That happens here too, I will test the other issues at the weekend.
