Youtube Static Bar remains solid-doesn't disappear when scrolling. #472

This started happening all of a sudden the code for the experimental Youtube Layout seems to no longer be working.

works fine with developer version of the addon https://github.com/YePpHa/YouTubeCenter/wiki/Developer-Version you can use userstyles to set css position atributes to that bar or use userstyles.org to find a working style for youtube

Thanks a lot! Recently youtube disabled the older developer version because it wasn't from Youtube. Will this one work?
