YouTube Center is a userscript designed to expand the functionality of YouTube. It includes the ability to download the video you're watching, auto selecting your preferred video quality and much more.
I actually like youtube's default layout on every page except for the search results page.
YTC layout configurations are limited and i think some are even outdated. On v335 the search results page changed again, but now it is so large that it triggered me to come here and talk about the layout issues in general.
Flex width for example is either enabled (too large imo) or disabled (too squeezed and outdated YT default size) but none of them is the current youtube's default layout wich is perfect in my opinion.
It should be really more flexible... i mean it should be up to the user to set a custom size and if it is disabled then the default size of youtube should be loaded.
Also is not possible to choose whether you want to see the recommended channels or not.
They only disappear if the grid subscriptions option is enabled.
But what if i want to use grid subscriptions but still want to see the recommended channels?
Or maybe i want listed subscriptions but don't want the recommended channels!
I think the layout an important thing for the user experience but YTC doesn't have many options for this purpose.
