Using current version of Opera 15+. None of the additional functionality is present on Youtube, just the vanilla site.

seagull commented 10 years ago

Confirmed on Chrome/Win. I opened up a Game Grumps video and it was like I was watching in peasant-vision. I may as well have been running Internet Explorer 6.

Eliteneet commented 10 years ago

Same problem in Firefox as well.

Script not working - Chrome 37.0.2062.103 + Tampermonkey 3.8.52

jackwickham commented 10 years ago

Confirmed on FF34a2 (using Firefox addon) +Win7. Javascript error 'Unterminated string literal settings: ".yt-valign {', YouTubeCenter.js, line 2727, col 16 according to Firebug

evelynharthbrooke commented 10 years ago

@b3nk3nobi Why you using the script? The crx file works better in Chrome. I would recommend switching to that, even though my comment doesn't relate to your issue.

seagull commented 10 years ago

Personally, I don't want the neutered version of the script that Google have allowed.

Yonezpt commented 10 years ago

@seagull I don't think the chrome dev version that is available here

https://github.com/YePpHa/YouTubeCenter/wiki/Developer-Version

is neutered like the one in the Chrome store.

seagull commented 10 years ago

@Yonezpt the developer version allows downloading from youtube, and is updated more frequently. the chrome store version is 'neutered' because youtube downloading is disabled on it.

Yonezpt commented 10 years ago

@seagull I made a wording mistake, I was trying to say that if you want the non-neutered chrome version instead of the userscript then the dev version of the chrome add-on should be what you want.

But all of this was just a confusion, I thought you were b3nk3nobi answering to KamranMackey and decided to suggest you getting the dev chrome add-on, I appologize.
