Implement comment country flags #29

This will make it easier to identify where a user originates from.

Cool! Is it really possible? (I thought it was removed from YTC because the new YT API made it impossible.)

It's not removed probably just broken. I will definitely look into getting it to work, however, it's not one of my first priorities.

??? Just looked at the YTC settings. The country flags are still enabled, but they stopped appearing ages ago.

Only the video uploader country flag appears.
