Made geospatial API for fetching peaks from CosmosDB, use that API in frontend to only fetch peaks that are at center of screen. Dynamically add new peaks when moving around the map

There's a performance issue where UpdateMarkers are being called too often, stoped updates of grey peaks but not green since they are loaded later. Users with many summited peaks would notice issue more.
