suggestion: blacklist known-unsupported extensions #275

1. Open a .m64 file
2. It isnt supported. bizhawk attempts to treat it like a rom

ideal situation: custom message about a format saying what it is, and why it's 
not supported, and here you can open it as a rom anyway.
