Two bugs in Bizhawk (Psycho Chaser desync and inability to dump SNES AVI files) #308

Psycho Chaser desyncs at stage 6 (Not the first time seen, others that desync 
included Gun-Nac on the NES and Cruise 'n USA on the Nintendo 64). In addition, 
BizHawk can't dump AVI files made from SNES playthroughs

Tested on Bizhawk 1.8.4 on Windows 10 Technical Preview

First of all, this is too many unrelated issues in one item.

SNES AV capture was fixed in revision 8175

N64 Cruie 'n USA is unstable, and this is known.  It isn't uncommon with N64 
emulation, there's not much that can be done here.  Of course with any N64, 
make sure in the Plugin settings you set to Pure Interpreter and not dynarec, 
for maximum stability

NES desyncs are a bit more interesting.  If you used the quicknes core, try 
using neshawk (this is the preferred core for making movies)

I don't even know what platform Psycho Chaser is, we will need more info before 
that report is of any use.
