Can not load Snes games

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open up any Snes ROM.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect for the game to load, but it comes up with an load error instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using version 1.9.1 on Windows 8 64 bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
