File names #41

Would it be possible to change from default file names (i.e. model.txt, model.h5, delta-pdf.h5, etc) to somewhat more user defined names, i.e. by having a user chosen prefix to the names like disorder1_model.txt, disorder2_model.txt, disorder1_delta-pdf.h5, disorder2_delta-pdf.h5, etc?
