Fix legacy values from appearing in Headless Config #4

After my recent mess up with the wiki and legacy values (sorry about that!) I've decided to open this pull request to try and help fix the issue where it stems from (and hopefully stop anyone from making the same mistake I did).

Unfortunately, these files are automatically generated and I want to ensure that we actually fix the issue in the underlying Enum within the generator rather than patching it here unfortunately.

This is because the changes you have made would be undone the next time I generate these schemas, which I need to do soon as the business work I'm on continually adds new properties to both Headless and Config places.

I'll try and update the contributing information here to make this clearer, but unfortunately I will have to close this.
