Add public groups system

When hosting events, some users have trouble finding and joining sessions.

Describe the solution you'd like

As multiple platforms have them and are extremely practical, having a Public Groups system could solve that issue.

Some basic features of Public Groups:

• No inventory
• Additional tab in the world browser to show group sessions
  • Session join setting "Group" with selection of which group members are allowed to join
  • Also have a way to advertise public/registered sessions within the group
• Dashboard tab titled "Groups":
  • Listing all groups the user is in
  • Upon clicking on a group would list all the sessions available and a group's description, name and icon
  • This tab would allow group owners to see all the users present in the group and apply moderation actions from there
  • Would also have a way to search for groups
• In-UI moderation for the group itself to ban/kick users
• Any user can join a public group on their own

Other thoughts:

• The "Groups" dashboard tab could also be used to manage private groups

Describe alternatives you've considered

Write tutorials and guide on how to find and join specific sessions.

Extensions to the existing groups system in Resonite are planned eventually- but would likely have a few pre-requisites/co-requisites, e.g. the contacts UI rework #1116, extensions to the user profile system, etc.
