Add Button/Protoflux capability to spawn favorited media player #1342

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'd like my project to include links to open tutorial videos but I don't want to force usage of my own video player.

Describe the solution you'd like

A Button Interaction and a Protoflux node that can spawn a video/audio player to a specified resource. The button interaction would probably be enough for my use cases and be a minimal implementation of this request.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Including my own video player is possible but bloats the project and prevents the user from getting his usual experience. It also will never be updated.

I feel like this issue could be expanded upon, instead of it being limited to media players. There should be a way to spawn out anything, that uses the system, using the user's favourited interface such as a text display or a document interface.
