Add communities to receive announcements and notifications for events and updates

Right now if you are a creator it's really difficult to send out announcements to your followers if you don't use other platforms like Twitter, discord, etcetera

Describe the solution you'd like

I want a way in game so that I can create a community and for people to be able to join that community and be able to receive announcements and notifications for different events and updates to worlds and such I would also like to be able to host community sessions, community+ would also be included so other communities can have access to a session

Describe alternatives you've considered

None this is impossible apart from discord servers but that ruins the whole point

This is actually something that is a planned feature, that will build on the users and groups system - each one will be able to have "posts" and other things associated with, that you could subscribe/follow.

My main issue with groups at the moment is that they're tied to inventory space meaning that you need to be a high enough patron to access them even then the upper tiers only allow you to create 3 I want any user to be able to create one without storage benefits and I want people to be able to join the community or group I create openly

this would also come with a brand new interface that would better represent the group's about page, banner, icon and have the ability to display users that have joined the group or community

That's not actually true, you can make groups with no storage space. If you don't store items in the inventory and such, it won't matter.

We can see how we can handle stuff with being able to create groups and so on, but groups will be the mechanism that this will be built upon - otherwise we'd have to implement yet another system, that would be duplicating a lot of the functionality and mechanisms groups have, where there's not really much point in that.
