Make Settings Groups Collapsible #1702

Currently long lists of items can be a pain to focus on, especially if they contain a lot of information.

Describe the solution you'd like

There should be a way to collapse all setting groups so that only the headings are visible, and to collapse/un-collapse individual setting groups. For the Security > Host Access Permissions settings specifically, it is quite a lot to look at when you only usually want to focus on a single site's setting which is easier to spot by name, especially if the host names are the only things visible to start with.

Currently a huge list of host names followed by their settings is a little bit of an information overload (though the scroll bar is helping a lot).

Describe alternatives you've considered

The alternative is to scroll past a lot of information which is irrelevant. Searching may help narrow down things (but requires knowledge of what you want to find). Collapsing on the other hand allows for at a glance searching when the target is unknown, especially if there are a bunch of sites for example you wouldn't have found at a glance that you didn't know to search for.

On top of that, it would be nice if there was more separation (about an item's worth?) between the end of a group and the start of the next one. As they are, they kind of flow into each other, further making it harder to keep them apart.
