Panini projection support #1731

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Panini projection is useful for things such as ultra-wide screen monitors (greater than 16:9). This allows for less geometric distortion for ultra wide screens and allows for some more exotic display geometries from time to time.

Not having a 32:9 display.

Logging this for future work. Probably won't happen prior to Sauce.

This will require that we render to a texture and warp it to fit a given display geometry. May replace this with a more general "warped display geometry" issue depending on logistics. This would be a good starting point however.
