Customize system sound effects #1928

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

A number of systems in Resonite have sound effects associated with them, for example some notification types or changing your voice mode. Currently, those are not customizable.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like a way to customize those system sound effects, by allowing to overwrite them with custom audio clips, or no audio clip at all if you want them to be silent.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None, there is no way to do this right now without modding the game.

With this and #1926, I'd be able to remove the join/leave notification system that I have on my avatar and use the official one instead.

We aren't likely to add any additional functionality/customizability to the existing notification system, so this is properly better handled during/following the notification system rework #1918. All of the existing sound assets are currently hardcoded.
